1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at connect@templesilksnsarees.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Timeline for Refunds: You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@templesilksnsarees.com.
